I'll go first

I'd pick this song When the Children Cry by White Lion.

It talks about how the next generation has to pick up our pieces and fix things. It kind of gives hope to our children and it shows that we admit to making mistakes which almost ruined our world.

Granted it would need some updating slightly cause it is a Power Ballad but the lyrics are timeless in my mind.

erm, I dont know how you post links on here and I`m too tired to work it out so I`ll post the lyrics. this is a song from the second Stone Roses album and is called "how do you sleep" and I suppose its to all the politicians and those who have any kind of power over our lives.
