Pagan ritual, and bare my pink-red shoulders to the
August heat. I liked the way the grass tickled my
colour tipped toes, with daisies dancing at my heels.
With my many lovers, I would share fried chicken and
rancid chips, with heavy rhythm bleeding through our
atmospheres. I would watch the rape fields sway to the
distortion, but now their poison has me coughing, caustic.
Ultraviolet intensity would flake my skin, and have me
sobbing with frustration. I like the way you watch
me smooth cold, protective lotion into my flesh; I like
the pretty sunhat you bought me for my last birthday.
With you I like to curl beneath the shade of the trees,
and offer crisp sandwiches soaked with flavour, coated
in piquant colour. Kiss me- angel- I love how the essence
of fresh bread and spicy scent fuses with your lips.
Picture perfect; on our picnic spot we filter through
aging negatives for disposal. Soft denim and chequered
dresses replace my sleazy skirts, but even through
metamorphosis, my taste in music hasn't changed much. |

It starts out really sweet, but then goes into kind of mad or upset or something, and kind of goes back and forth with that. It's good, it just threw me off a bit. |
