Sweetest sanctuary; if I belong not to a realm of
tyranny, in what realm do I reside? Only upon these
wistful shores I find privacy; the teasing mouth of the
Llanstaar waters embracing my toes. I feel their carried
climate and wish myself away. I long to feel the
mountain air against my ancestral wings, I pine for
release into the Western forests, yet I have never
once been within their heart. Only in visualisation.
The monarchy is in a state of morbid disrepair, but I,
the bastard child of the truest queen, see everything
but solution. I wish never to rule tainted Valaeria, for
I fear capturing my people's speech in septic glass jars.
I heed your warnings, my corrupted sovereign state.
I feel the threat of magical military and warfare hex
with a chill down my spine. Seer's prophecies mean
nothing to me; I fulfil nought and am not to rule. |
