But 'cause this one is on a major network they have to censor and it kills all of his yellingness.

i believe you're speaking about the same show. i don't have the food network [unfortunately] but i've seen a couple episodes elsewhere and they are hilarious. and yes, censoring does kill his yellingness which is so not fun. but at least judging by the number of bleeps each episode it doesn't stop him at all from swearing =) |
