 | July 14th, 2007 at 03:34am alright, this book is about two families, the Golds and the Hartes. They've lived nextdoor to each other for a long time. Chris and Emily, the teens, have known each other their whole life and they are moving above and beyond just lifelong friends.
a phone call in the middle of the morning tells of Emily's death, caused by Chris, because of some sort of suicide pact.
the two families look for all the real answers to everything that's happened.
