Her family never knows
Where she is
How she sleeps
What she eats
Her heart has only a few beats

Lying in the dirt
Face in hands
Crying soundless sobs

Only wanting one thing
Is to have some connection
Talks with her mother
Dances with her father
Without some slip
Hugs at night
Kisses in the morning
The only light she sees is in her dreams
And with her hope
Only having her love to which she can cope
