Guess what I just did?

Well, Brad went on the LPU Chat to talk to fans. And since I'm a member I was there. tehe There were 425 people there. It was really confusing. Everyone was talking at once. But they organized it by the first letter in your screen name, so you could ask a question. I asked one but he didn't answer. But it was still great. I have the edited transcript saved to my computer. Unfortunately I'm not in the transcript because he did not answer my question, so they edited me out. But it's still all good. Very Happy

They're coming here the 22nd, but tickets were too expensive for me to be able to go. Which sucks because I've been waiting to be old enough to see them and for them to come (which has been since 2000) and I can't go D:

I missed out on the presale.
The same thing happened last year. Then I bought the tickets the day they were released, and my friends and I got really shitty seats.
That better not happen again this year. Grr

I bought mine the day the presale started. Well, it was later that day. But I was one of the first people to buy the tickets. Right now only ten people are going. That would be so cool if it was only us 10. We would probably get to meet the band and getting autographs would be easy. But obivously none of that is going to happen. Rolling Eyes

I bought tickets for the pit. I'm guessing no matter where I am in the pit, it will be good seats(or standing room). I'm just afraid of being in a mosh pit. I've always wanted to be in one, but now I'm scared.

Cheese You'll be so close to the stage! At least the venue has a pit at all. Where I went last year (and will go this year), the entire place is an outdoor ampitheatre, so it's either seats or just the lawn area in the back.
I wish I could give you advice for the pit, but I've never been in one either. =\

THAT'S WHAT YOU GET.:

That's too bad. I went last year and their show was amazing. They played songs from all their albums, and then they left and came back for an encore. There was just so much energy throughout the entire set, it was a great experience. :]

So, I saw LP on Friday. And might I say it was the best concert ever! My sister and I went. We got there around 5 and sat on the lawn and watched Ashes Divide. Then we walked around while Busta Rhymes was on. Then we seat and watched The Bravery and Chris Cornell. I was mad though because my sister didn't want to go to the section we were suppose to be in because she did want to stand until LP came on. We bought tickets for the pit, but we weren't in the pit. We were a couple of rows back from it. And we had seats. I wish we would have gone up and watch the rest of acts in our seats. But it doesn't matter we still had AWESOME seats to watch LP.

Here's some pictures:

That's when Chris Cornell was on and we were sitting on the lawn. Chester came on for that song. He's in the white shirt.

Chris Cornell came on and sang the last verse of "Crawling". Very Happy

Busta Rhymns came on to play "We Made It" with LP. Dance I couldn't get any good pictures of him. They were all blurry.

It was amazing. Every song they played I knew, which is a first with me when going to a concert. But I'm just that big of a LP fan. Con

Now that that's over I have nothing else left to look forward to for the rest of the summer. Molly

^ That's effing amazing! And even though you weren't in the pit the whole time, that's still a really good view.
I'm going on Wednesday and this is making me even more stoked to go. Cassie
