Here's the 'other' Sex Pistol's band. Talk about Public Image Ltd. John Lydon's band who are still making wonderful music to the delight of all the real Sex Pistols fans.

Absolutely love them! I've been listening to them loads...I like them almost as much as the Pistols. My favorites are Rise, Public Image, Don't Ask Me, Seattle, and This Is Not A Love Song. Holy hell, there are too many to choose from. Brilliant band.

PiL are one of the best bands from the 80s (not including joy divion) but the best songs are fodderspoff public image and this is not alove song the videos funny as fuck

To be honest, it depends what mood I'm in, but sometimes I prefer them as well.

Yeah no one can really beat them there. I really liked how John made PiL so different from the Pistols though, and almost went to the opposite end of the musical spectrum, rather than try to make a second Pistols-type group.

YES! I love that - that Malcolm didn't have anything to do with PiL. So it's all purely the band. I'm not really sure what to believe regarding how much power Malcolm had with the Pistols, but it's good he never got to this band nonetheless.

A great band. I love how different Lydon sounds in this band.

PIL is my 2nd favorite band (after the Clash) \o/.

'That What is Not' is an excellent album, I must say. Though that song of their's (not from that album), 'Francis Massacre' or whatever just sounds like a bunch of noise. It's almost like a pre-cursor to 'raw mochic' music. haha.
