So far I can't find any thing small enough and I'm not sure how to make it smaller( I'm not great with computers). can someone help me? |

1.)Open up to the picture you want to resize
2.)Right click on it
3.)Click "Edit"
4.)Paint should come up
5.)Go to Edit
6.)Select "Stretch/Skew"
And you should be good!
