i think that's something all the economically well-off countries can contribute to They have the powers to fight Wars in countries, enough money to fund weapons and all that, they could try and save more lives than that which are lost in that the endless Wars XD

Most other well-off countries have already had their time raping Africa. Its America's turn!! So yes, let the black-favoring and difficult to control (man-made) AIDS virus create chaos in Africa so the U.S. can come in claiming to be keepers of the peace, stiflers of chaos. No they are source.

I still belive, but that they aren't disributing it, unless you're very VERY wealthy.

you can't just "get rid" of AIDS. the treatment nowadays is quite advanced though so an AIDS sufferer can survive for a long time while on medication, but they will eventually die from it because it weakens their immune system so much that another disease can easily kill them.

But my mother said that this particular man, was ridded of it, cured.

Then again, she is full of it,
I may have been a fool to have considered that such a thing were true...

I wouldn't go as far to say that you're a fool, cause people can now live very long lives with AIDS, thanks to medication, but no, there's currently no cure.
