Looking For An Electric Guitar

I'm new to the guitar and am choosing my first electric guitar.

But what do I choose? We're talking under £200 including an amp etc.

There was this Westfield one I liked...but this weird girl I know already had it. *shakes first*

I like the sort of Les Paul style. I know there are tons of replicas.

Anyway...advise?

Well, if you live near a music shop they'll probably have some offers/packs so it's best to ask them...
Tbh, I don't really trust the internet too much unless I've read about 100000 good reviews of a guitar I'm going to buy
