Billie Joe - a part of Emily's Army
Billie Joe is now a part of Emily's Army, a family based group working to fund a cure for CF a life-threatening genetic disease affecting approximately 30,000 people in the United States. Although it's unknown how long exactly Billie Joe has been a supporter of it, but he is now listed under the Supporters portion of the site.
Also under the supporters page is one of The Becker Family, which are friends of the family involved in creating Emily's Army. The Becker Family have donated many things, including Green Day tickets in Australia to the cause. It is wondered if it's the same Becker Family that went to the Kid's Choice Awards with Billie Joe and his family on April 1, 2006.
My son is 14yr,old and sings all billies songs.He & his dad,I wish I would know how to help Billie ,My son said he would sing for Billie to help get money for the Kids??But don't Know How???or who??To call???(HELP)!! WE would LOVE TOO!!!! Here in Indiana!! Peggy

YAY! BILLIE! WAY 2 GO! yeah, we need more ppl like him. my uncle Charlie says they just act like that in front of the camera but 4 once in my whole life i ignored him. ^_^ He's in the army so he kinda counts of a considerate prsn.
