Sixteen, chapter 6

I wake up and take a long deep breath. I get up and enter the shower, my body still aches in pain since I was raped, I also discover a 2 in. bruise on my arm...... I slip on a Roxy T-shirt and a pair of blue jeans and run to my purple Camarro without talking to Ellis and drove to school................

'1st period bell rings'

I hear Billie Joe call my name, I turn around (as always)

"Im sorry" we both say at the same time as a tear falls from my left blue eye

"No, Billie Joe, don't be sorry it was my fault you didn't do anything" I said

we hug for about 5 mins., Billie Joe looks at me as he wipes the tear away from my blue eye.

"Don't cry everythings ok" he says trying to console me

" No, but you don't understand I-..." I said to him

Before I could say anything else I hear Cory calling my name, I turn the opposite way walking faster and faster by the second, but(as always) he catches up and grabs my arm, I turn around in fear.

"Can I talk to you?" he asked "Privatly" he turns to Billie Joe

we both go to a private corner where no one was around

"Casey, at Brittany's party, I thought you were interested" he says
"YEAH RIGHT, YOU FUCKING RAPED ME" I said loudly

He covers my mouth with his hand

"I swear to god Casey, if you tell anyone, I'll do it again and when I'm finished I'll use this on you." he threatened

as he said that he pulled out a small but loaded pistol from his coat pocket....
I stare at the gun and think in my mind 'oh, shit he's gonna kill me'.......
I walk out of the private corner and into the hallway where Billie Joe was standing

"what happened?" Billie Joe asked
"no-nothing interesting" I said
"Casey" he said with concern
"Yeah" I said with my head looking down at my DC shoes

He pulls my chin up so I can look at him straight in the eye

"Were you in the room with Cory, at Brittany's party?" he said...................
