Tragedies and Greatness, chapter 5
Adrienne's story
"Whats wrong"? Asked Joey. "I have only known one Joelimy, and she was the greatest girl, who was a person who committed no crime, and was sent to jail, she was my friend". Said Adie. Seconds later big fat tears welled up in Joey's eyes. "Its true! I didn't even do anything"! She sobbed. "That's why you were kicked out, wasn't it""? Aaron asked. "Yeah, after a year of being in juvie I was sent home, but my parents coudnt live with me!" she cried.
*3 years later*
"Shit". Said a 12 year old Aaron. His siblings, cousins, and "Girlfriend" were asleep. What Aaron saw on the front of the newspaper, he knew would make Adie just, just cry herself to sleep for days. He knew that best thing to do would be to wake the poor 10 year old up. "ADRIENNE"! Shouted a sad brother. The girl by his legs, stirred and woke up. "What the fuck, Aaron"! Shouted a mad Adie. "Adrienne I need you to see something". He said. "What"? She said sorta scared. He pushed the newspaper in her face. She took it down from her face and looked at it. Words couldn't describe her feelings. On the front cover they showed a boy who had died in a car accident. A boy she knew, she couldn't live without. The 10 year old started to cry.
Billie Joe's story
"MARCI"! He yelled in her face. "What the fu..." Marci said as she realized she was on a bus. "When were you in Minnesota"? He asked. "Me"? She laughed. "Yeah"! He shouted. "I have never been to Minnesota in my life"! She said. "Then..." he started to ask. "Billie I was never in Minnesota, how I got the newspaper was that know a friend Matt Pickle, who lives there, he sent it". She answered. Billie Joe was speechless.
*3 years later*
Billie Joe and his siblings were sobbing together in a hospital. Why you ask? Their father had cancer and was about to die. One by one they went in. Billie Joe was last. "Billie". Said BJ's dad. "Yeah dad"? Billie Joe asked really sadly. "Don't stop". His dad said. "Stop what"? Billie asked. "Don't stop playing music, When you grow up I want you to be a famous musician". His dad said. "Why do you want me to"? He asked, as he stopped crying for a bit. "It would make me proud Billie Joe". He said. "But mom wants me to go to college and get a deg...". Billie started. "Billie Joe I know the way you look at your guitar. I know the way you play it, it always brings a smile to your face. I also know for a fact you will be come famous, just make it a lifetime goal". He said. "Okay". Billie said weakly.
"Oh and one more thing". He said. "What dad"? Asked Billie Joe. "Just remember, I will always be watching over you". He said. Billie cried and shook his head okay. His father then fell into a sleep he would never wake from.
