Tragedies and Greatness, chapter 6
Adriennes story
Words could not describe my feelings. On the front cover besides the tears was... Matt Pickle. My best friend, the one who was always there for me, was dead. Joey, Steve, and the twins woke up from my crying. "What's the matter Adie"? Asked a worried looking Steve and Joey at the same time. I showed them the newpaper. "Oh Fuck"! Joey and Steve said again at the same time. They looked at each other and giggled and cried at the same time. Aaron and Joey left to talk while me and Aaron talked. "Why did it happen to him"? I asked. Ït wasn't his choice or something, Adie"! Yelled her brother. Adie shook her head and buried her head in her brothers "Carpet" Jacket.
*2 weeks later*
Adrienne stopped thinking about Matt, and found it more interesting to look at Aaron.
One day Adie heard a squeal she looked at Aaron and Joey. It seemed they were happy about something. She kept watching when Joey moved. *Note: The two have not kissed* Joey crashed onto Aarons lips, from joy. Aaron seemed totally suprised, but he stayed like that. But what were they so happy about?

Billie's story
Billie Joe kissed his dad on the cheek. Even though he was dead he said one thing. "I promise to became famous and keep playing music". He whispered. Then left the room in tears.
The ride home wasnt too good either. Billie Joe sat next to his 14 year old sister (Marci). He cried into her shirt. Hot tears falling on her shirt. For the rest of them it wasnt as hard on them like it was for Billie. Billie was closer to his father in all ways. Marci looked like she had just jumped in a swimming Pool. Her hair was soaked, there was not one dry spot on her shirt, and her pants were pretty wet too. Ollie (mom) told them they would get through this, but they (besides Billie he was too busy crying all doubted. They could even see tear rims on their mothers eyes. It was a painful thing to look at.
*2 weeks later*
Billie Joe was wiping tears from his eyes in the cafeteria, when someone ran into him. Neither had lunch yet so it was okay. Billie looked up into really Blue eyes. "Man, I'm sorry"! Said the guy, who looked the same age. The guy held out his hand and Billie took it. "Billie Joe". Billie said softly. "Mike". Said the other.
They sat down not even caring about lunch. Billie learned that Mike had some Tragedies in his life too.
1. ) When he was 6 weeks old he was put in foster care because his mom was a heroin addict.
2. ) His foster parents split when he was 7

But the thing that connected them the most to each other was the music. At the end of the day the new friends waved goodbye to each other. Billie stepped into his house where everyone seemed quite happy.
Alan: He was messing around with his buddy Kent
David: Well he was throwing confetti into everyones faces, which he found quite fun.
Holi: She was reading a magazine while listening to some good artists
Anna: Was doing Cartwheel with her cheerleading squad
Marci: Was poking her boyfriend
Billie coudn't help but put a bigger smile on then before. But there was one person missing, mom.
