"Now class, we are going to do a play called 'Romeo and Juliette'! I have all of your parts here!" Said Mrs. Moody.
"Oh great! Hey Tre, I bet you are going to be Romeo!" Said Billie Joe mockingly.
"Oh, great, she's here!" Mrs. Moody smiled happily. "Class we have a new student here who moved to Oakland from Ontario, Canada. She will be playing Juliette in our play, so please welcome Rachel." Mrs. Moody finished.
"Now, I want to be Romeo!" Tre's mouth dropped.
"Rachel, you may have a seat over by Billie Joe."
"Um.. Where's that?" Rachel asked annoyed. Mrs. Moody pointed next to Billie Joe.
"Hey, I'm Billie Joe."
"I'm Rachel. Um.. Can I ask a question?"
"Yeah sure.. Go ahead."
"Does he always look at new kids like that?"
"Oh, well, i'm not really sure.. That's Frank." Billie Joe laughed.
"For the millionth time! It's Tre.. Tre Cool." Tre said in the James Bond tone.
"So... Can I Have..." Billie Joe got cut off by Mrs. Moody's man voice.
"Here are each of your acts...
Samantha.. Assistant Director.." Billie Joe didn't listen to a word Mrs. Moody was saying, he was staring at the prettiest girl he had seen (not including Playboy magazines).
"Rachel.. Juliette
And Billie Joe as Romeo." Mrs. Moody finished.
"What?" Billie Joe snapped back to reality.
"Billie Joe you are going to be Romeo and Rachel is going to be Juliette. Okay?"
WAAA-HOO! Billie Joe couldn't believe it! He was going to kiss Rachel! His thoughts were cut off by the ringing bell to the next class.
"Hey Rachel, Tre, wait up!" Billie Joe said running out of the room.
"Yeah?" Tre asked.
Billie Joe gave him to look to go away.
'I have to pee." Tre said, then ran away.
"Haha, okay Tre have a nice pee!" Rachel laughed. Billie Joe saw her beautiful smile with her white teeth showing. Rachel had shouler length brown hair and the brightest green eyes Billie Joe had ever seen (including Playboy magazines).
"Yoo-hoo. Billie Joe? Are ya in there?" Rachel asked.
"Yeah, sorry."
"Uh.. Don't do that.. I hate when people stare at me! It freaks me out. But, it's onlt with some people. I won't mind if you do." Rachel said flirtatiously.
"Hey Rachel, do you have an AIM screen name?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Can I have it?" Billie Joe said with puppy-dog-eyes.
"Sure, it's 'OneBlueDuck'." Rachel wrote on a piece of paper.
"Okay, thanks."
"So.."
"So.. What?"
"Are you going to give me yours?"
"Oh yeah sorry!" he wrote 'JOS' on another piece of paper.
----- The bell ring for the end of the day.
"Well, I'm going to go home, since I have nothing else to do. Bye Billie Joe!"
"Bye Rachel, you can call me 'Billie' if you want."
"Okay, bye Billie. Talk to you tonight!"
What? Did she want to talk to me? She likes me? Holy Shit! I better rush home and get online!
