You're so hopeless, you don't even know it, chapter 4

I was wondering in my head if I should give her a "tour" or not. I was so confused, because I knew if I hung out with this girl, I would hurt Betty's feelings, and I wasn't risking to do that. I replied, "I'm sorry, I gotta head to class, cuz the teacher is pretty urgent with tardies and gives detention on saturdays. Well maybe later, you could get a small tour cuz this school is't that big, catch you later."

With that, I left quickly to my class, completely forgetting the situation with no name. I headed into the boring class and took my sit as usuall. Normally nobody actually stared at me when I entered the room and took a seat, but this day it was different. I received many, "Hey Caleb's," and I couldn't help to wave back, but I kept myself together and rested my head on my hand, hiding. Then, class started and everyone settled down, with some other people talking. the teacher kept yelling at them to be quiet, but they wouldn't budge. I just sat there, wanting to get out and see Betty every single minute. After more babling and more boring work, the bell rang.

Now it was my time to share with my girl, because we have this next class together. I walked down the crowded hallways, trying to look for her, but when I saw her, she was hugging another guy. Wait, hugging another guy?! How could she do that when I wouldn't even talk to a girl, just for her. I headed her way and dragged her away from that guy. I could tell she was confused out of her mind, but I didn't care, I had to have a word with her. I asked her in a paranoid way, "Where you just hugging that guy?! I can't believe you! I wouldn't even talk to a girl, just for you!"
She replied in the same tone, "I'm sorry! Gosh, calm down! Did some girl talk to you, or what?"
I replied still paranoid, "Yeah, and you know what? She asked me for a tour, and I turned her down, because I'm not some stupid guy hurting my girl's feelings." She stood quiet and said, "Well, I'm really sorry if I obviously hurt your feelings, and I won't do it again."
I replied with a serious, but no hard feelings expression, "Pinky promise?"
She replied truthfully, "Pinky promise," we tied our pinkys together and gave each other a peck.

I was glad we were cool, this has got to be the first real fight we ever had, I guess we weren't as perfect as we thought we were.
