Forgetting you but not the time, chapter 2
*Erin's prov*
"Hey Mike," I yelled "there's a party tonight at my friends house and we're going."
"Ok Whatsername we'll go," he said. I sat on the couch, and was watching TV. When Tre ran through the door and jumped on top of me. I pushed him off of me and he landed on the floor with a thud.
"Tre why the hell did you jump on me," I asked.
"Well I don't know I just wanted to," he said in a smartass tone. I gave him an evil look and he ran away yelling "Mike I think your girlfriend is evil." I could tell he was joking cause he started laughing after he said that.
later that night
We were at the party and it was great. Me and Mike were the only ones that weren't drunk though. I was walking to the bathroom when Tre came over and started to kiss me. I tried to push him away but he was to strong for me. So I kicked him in the balls and ran over to Mike. I didn't say anything though to him cause I didn't want a great friendship to go down the drain.
After a few more beers Mike was drunk, and I was just tipsy. Mike went off some where, and left me alone. Tre came back over to me, and tried to kiss me but Billie saw and punched Tre. After that Billie told me why Tre was doing that. I hugged Billie and then started to cry a little. Billie wiped away the tears and told me to go find Mike. So I went looking for Mike, but only to find him kissing another girl. He didn't notice I was there. So I slapped him, and ran off.
*Mike's prov*
I tried running after Erin, but I was so drunk that I fell over. Damn I wish I could take that kiss back.
*Erin' prov*
I was at the park thinking about stuff. 'Maybe I was right Tre does like me as more then a friend. Do I like him more then Mike though?' I thought, but I shook my head. 'There is no way that its true. God but if its true then Mike and Tre would get in a fight over me. I know what I should do now.' I ran to my house and packed all the stuff I would need. I took all the money my parents left out. I went over to Mike's house and left a note for him in his room. Then I ran off into the unknown.
next day
*Mike's prov*
When I woke up I was still at Erin's friend's house. Then I remembered what happened last night, so I ran to my house, and on my bedroom door was a letter to me and it said:
Dear Mike,
I saw you kissing that whore, but I still love you. But Tre loves me to. Billie knew and he told me after he punched Tre so that he would get off of me (ask Billie he'll tell you what happened). So I left cause I didn't want you two to fight over me, and throw away your friendship and the band. I don't know where I'll go, but don't go looking for me. I know someday your band will get big. Maybe I'll see you then. Tell Dani, Abby, Billie, and Tre I'll miss them.

Mike didn't really date after Erin left. And as time went by he forgot her name, but remembered what she looked like.
