Quart Festivalen - Norway, July 4th, 2005
Oh man, I had so much fun I can't tell you. Even my mum had the time of her life, I think! I had to go with her, since no one else could, and they were playing kinda late..
They started with playing every song from American Idiot to St. Jimmy and then they played almost everything from International Superhits, and at least one from all the other records, I think.
But they also played We Are The Champions and YMCA.
They did lots of crazy stuff, Billie Joe started shooting at us with a watergun and there was one that he had some fun with, who got up on the stage and got to shoot the audience... *sighs*
And after a while they wanted people up on the stage, so that they could make a little band. And I screamed as loud as I could, and jumped up and down (I play bass guitar), but they couldn't see me.. :(
Anyway, the guitar player had to surfe on the crowd, and when he got up, he ran down to Billie Joe and started hugging him wildly, and then Billie Joe grabbed his ass, and they ended it all with two intense kisses! XD OMG, I laughed so much, I can't even describe how fun it was.
And he got the guitar with him! Before this, I think, he started saying like: 'Eeeeeooo!' and everyone said: 'Eeeeeeeeoo!' and then he went on and on faster and faster with 'AH AH AH AH AAAH!' and we answered him, until he put his hand down in his pants and screamed: 'Somebody please FUCK ME!' Even my mum almost laughed herself to death!
When I was heading home, I was talking with my mum, and suddenly, a looong white limo drove by.. And I was so shocked, and of course sure that it had to be them, so I screamed: 'I love yoooou!!' And wawed my arms.. And I said to myself, they must have seen me, since I was the only one there with mohawk..
God, I'm babbling, but my point is; if you haven't seen them yet, you should! No matter how much you like them, you'll have so much fun, I promise! And they're great live, didn't get tired at all it seemed! You go guys!
