I absolutely love Green Day, don't you? I know! They rock right? A lot of people don't seem to appreciate them the way I do around where I live. Sucks, I tell ya.
I will always remember July 3rd, 2009 when I got up at 7am to drive up to seattle to see the very first concert of the 21st Century Break Down tour. It was epic. Green Day is epic.
They are the one entity that never fails me. They make me smile when i'm sad and vent my anger when i'm angry. Like Billie Joe once said in an interview, he writes songs about things that make him angry, and wanna have sex, and wanna fall in love. I applaud Green Day because they truly instill all those feeling in me, and more.
I love them a lot. Listening to their music gives me the feeling of being in love, and it helps that they seem to be such bad ass and intelligent dudes.
I'd love to meet them.
I have two tattoos for them.
They inspire me.
