Reese Witherspoon is my hero. She's beautiful, she's a great actress, role model, and has a wonderful personality. Her life is never exploited in tabloids or on the television.

She has been in many movies such as 'Fear', 'Pleasantville','Cruel Intentions', but she broke through as Elle Woods in 'Legally Blonde'. She won an Oscar for her outstanding performance as June Carter, Johnny Cash's love interest in 'Walk the Line'.
Reese married Delaware native Ryan Philippe on June 5, 1999. They met on her 21st birthday, and later starred in 'Cruel Intentions' together. They had two beautiful children during their 7 year marriage, which unfortunately ended last year. Some say it's that 'curse of the Oscar.' But, I'm sure it was their own personal issues.
She has kept her head up high through it all, accepting life as it comes. She does what she has to do, and she does it well.
Reese Witherspoon is my favorite actress and I look up to her. She sticks to herself, and we hardly ever read about her in magazines, unless of course it's positve news.

I had never really thought anything special of her until I saw Walk The Line, she was amazing in that film. The role suited her so well. She is a really versatile actress, and I think thats rad.
