"Hosted by Ann Curry and Carson Daly, the NBC broadcast offers three hours of coverage featuring highlights of performances from around the world, including live moments from the U.S. concert at Giants Stadium in New Jersey. The music event of the year, if not the decade, will bring together more than 100 of today's hottest artists and two billion people to focus the world's attention on the global climate crisis and what can be done to reduce global warming. The networks of NBC Universal will broadcast nine legendary concerts from the seven continents, all raising awareness of the solutions to the global climate crisis."

In Australia, it's already started being broadcasted.
Then the other countries start here tonight at 5.30pm, and go to 3.30 tomorrow afternoon.
I plan on watching it all =]
And yes, i do believe Foo Fighters are playing.
