So I tried something new...
Yeah. Yesterday I woke up from my nap and decided to try something other than doodles and drawing.
I received these awesome acrylic paints for Christmas. They're beautiful, quite vibrant. So I decided to print of a picture of John Lennon. I painted it in diffrent shades of blue, (plain blue for dark, then added white as the colours became lighter). It looks like pop art of sorts. So I cut it out and stuck it on a piece of green construction paper. Soo... I did one of Joey Ramone in pink, (it was like a hot pink, so of course), and put it on purple paper. I tried to do one of George Harrison for my mom, but it didnt work. So, I'll try again later. However, I did successfully do one of Mika in red, on red paper. I'm going to try to do Grace Kelly, Blondie, George Harrison, probably Ringo Starr for a friend, Siouxsie Sioux, and quite possibly Andy Warhol.
I'm really excited. They look so cool. =] It's a little aggrivating sometimes, but it's still fun.
