Let 3 formed in the mid eighties in the city of Rijeka, in Croatia. Let 3 started out playing like an everyday garage band.They attracted a large ammount of attention by their methods of performing. They often play nude except for a muzzle that they have over their penises. This usually enrages the normal public. At one point they were sued for this. The court found them guilty and penalised every member of the band with equivalent of 350 kn. Example video. Close to halfway they do not have anything except the muzzles on In 1988 Let 3 recorded their first tape "Two Dogs Fucking", for a small independent label in Rijeka. The tape was distributed to a book store called “PALAH”. Later that year they won the “YU Rock Moment” competition for new alter bands in Zagreb. In Yugoslavia Critics and rock magazines accepted them as the best new band there. In 1991 Let 3 released their first LP "El Desperado". This LP containes most of the songs off "Two dogs fucking" aswell as a few new tracks. They released their album "peace" in 1994. In 1996 they released the cd "Živi kurac " which was a live album. In 1997 they released "Nečuveno ". In 2000 they released the album "Jedina". Also in 2006 they released their album "Bombardiranje Srbije i Čačka "
