About the harassment.
Pretty much a c&p job from Mibba, but it might be worth saying again:
Over the past few days it's become clear that some users on GSB need reminding of our rules on the harassment of other users. In particular, Rule Six:
You'll get permanently banned for:
#6 Harassing or abusing other members.
This rule applies to all sections of the site, not just the boards. Behaviour of this kind is not acceptable on comments, profiles, blogs, chatroom, blah blahs or anywhere else.
It is especially not acceptable to get the pitchforks out and start mobbing one user, ganging up on them and so on. That could easily be construed as bullying, something we take very seriously on GSB. It is against our rules and will result in banning. This is not only because repeatedly posting 'this is spam' is considered spam in itself, and I don't want to see any of you get banned from the site for something like that. It's also because what you're doing could be considered intimidating or harassment. It's just not needed.
Furthermore, if another user has already pointed out any rule-breaking, then it doesn't need to be pointed out multiple times. That in itself constitutes spam. Just report the issue to me and move on.
I'm online for at least two hours every day, I encourage all of you to contact me with any site issues you might have. I'm here to help, but I can't keep on top of everything all by myself. Thank you for your collective co-operation.

I've got some lovely screen caps on one of my old photo bucket accounts of several 'popular' GSBians harassing each one of us.
They're not banned.
They still show up and act like they run the place.
We HAVE reported several of them, well I have for the screen caps I've gotten, but the only replies I get are from the mods who don't have those abilities.
Thanks for posting this. Now maybe people will stick to the rules.

You're right. People who harass you on the blahs should be banned. But does this actually happen? If it does, why don't you report it? I'm only too happy to take action but I don't (and can't) read every single comment on every single blah so you need to make me aware of these things. Then I can deal with it.

Well what about the people on the blahs who seem to be able to harass most of us with out getting banned? If we get banned for telling some one their off topic some one should wath for the harrasment on the blahs

Two wrongs don't (ever) make a right. I don't care what rules have been broken in the first place, if other users retaliate with yet more rule breaking then everyone's going to get banned. That's the only thing I'm trying to say here. This wasn't intended as a ~threat but as a re-statement of a neglected rule given as a friendly warning to everyone.
That, and reporting issues instead of giving users a hard time would be great.

If you would care to look up the meaning of harrassment.
Nobody would be 'ganged up on' if the blogs were not such an issue.
