Are girls growing up too fast?

im 11 years old and girls in my skool wear make-up, in apropreate (sp?) clothes, and bring cell phones 2 skool. do u think thats ok?

well i mean i think its not just girls who are growing up too fast but i mean all kids are these days...i mean i know i didnt have a phone when i was 11...its insane i know a 9 year old kid with his own phone...its like who are these kids calling, i dont even think i called kids on my home phone at 9

i have a friend who only has a cell phone cuz her parents r divorsed and her mom has 2 work late alot so her mum needs 2 call her and tell her.

its not okay at all.
the cell phone thing..hell. who cares.

but the inappropriate clothes, the make-up..it makes me sick. its like women..girls..are begging to be treated as objects. and as much as i hate to blame everything on the media, television, etc. i do place blame on figures like britney spears and lindsey lohan because i've seen first hand how young girls react to that. my younger cousin is seven and she wants to dress like britney. she watches how she dances and dances like britney. its sick.

and it doesn't stop there. i swear there is not one freshman at my high school who hasn't had sex. its disgusting. its a normality, its not seen as slutty its seen as something everyone does.

The girls at my school are slutty whores.
And it's sad cause most of them are teachers pets,
so when they violate the school's dressing codes
the teachers are okay with it.
But if one of my friends come to school with a tank top they get
sent down to the principal's office for the rest of the day.

Kids are scaring me these days. Once, my friend went to her little brother's school to pick him up or something. She was standing in front of a door and there was this kid (about 5 years old), he yelled: "Get out of my way, bitch!"

...I was speechless when she told me that.


And I totally understand what you guys are saying about those 13 year olds trying to act all cool with their cell phones. I mean seriously, stop.
I'm not in high school anymore but my little cousin.. oh god... she's about 14 now and everytime I see her I just feel like slapping some sense back into her. It looks like she's trying sooooo hard to be cool and stuff. Recently she's been complaining about how old her cellphone is (she's only had it for a few months) and now she wants a new one Ugh........ And the fucked up thing is that all her friends are the exact same replicas of her........
And don't even get me started on the clothes..
