Holly, you've made my week once again. Ballad for Beulah is my second fav story of yours, partly cos of the Billie Joe thing and his relationship with Bailey. For some reason, I have a soft spot for Bailey and his father in this story for their situation, so it's gonna be awesome for me to read how thats progressed ten years later!!!!! *huggles you*

It's very easy with where I can take this.

ABFB wrapped up with jumping to one moment 25 years after all the big drama took place, but that doesn't mean there wasn't drama in between. As in, what moments in their lives got them to the very end of ABFB. That's what this sequel is about.

It's about family. And how it will become the most important thing in everyone's lives and at the same time divide the popular threesome. It's their devotion to the ones they love which will be their downfall, while at the same time, being the greatest thing ever for them.

You'll see...I've got it all figured out in my head and explained it as best as possible to Giselle (The Green Day Network), my muse, last night on AIM.

I also want to take a different sort of route, I s'pose with this one. You've all undoubtedly seen the paths many stories take on this site.

Girl meets Green Day. Girl and certain GD member fall in love. Drama ensues. Girl and Boy maybe hit a rock in their relationship. Boy and Girl get it all together in the end.

This is about reflection.

I know it's hard for probably the most of you to relate to the main characters now because their older; in the thirties, forties, fifties, so on...but imagine...from their POV, they're still the same people that we know of now. Just with more kids, more wrinkles...and some gray...when they don't color it.

The story isn't gonna be all in one continous timeline. It's gonna jump around from the narrator's POV in the beginning of each chapter. This first part took place in 2017. The next one might takes place two months after Vegas was born in 2006 (this year, heh). Or, maybe it'll jump right to 2053. Who knows.

And again, I say, you'll see.
