This is in no way discrimination. Now if they'd refused to hire her because of her ethnicity, because she came from a rough area, because her family had a bad reputation, because she was disabled, because of her religion, or because they thought a guy would do a better job. That's real discrimination that people face everyday. Being asked to dye your fake red hair before being considered for the job? Not discrimination. |
