00's without a doubt. There is more music now than there's ever, ever been in the past. I'm sick and tired of idiots putting down "new music" just because they're too blind to it to recognize that there is more music out there than they could possibly ever conceive, thinking modern music extends to just about whatever is on the radio/myspace/tv/etc.
Pet peeve, I suppose.

Personally I think between the 90's and 00's...
Though there are a few bands/songs that I like from the 80's.. Think
But if I had to pick, I'd pick 00's probrobly Very Happy

Most 90's stuff and some 00's. Although, if I had to go on overall awesomeness I'd go with 90's even though I was born in 96 so I didn't experience it much, though there wasn't reality TV back then was there ? But anyway, a decade when Green Day and Nirvana boomed is my kind of decade.

60s and 70s (and the 90s) probably, for me.

But all the decades have had some absolute gems popping out of them tehe

The Small Faces in the 60s
The Clash in the 70s
The Libertines in the 90s(/00s)

Those are just my favourites though.

Nineties had the best mainstream, eighties had the best underground.

The eighties without a doubt. There was so much variety and new things being done.
