New Profile pic won't show

I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but I'm having a hard time uploading a new profile pic. I've tried using a url image in jpg, and a file but it won't show both ways. If any of you can help me with my issue, please let me know.

This is still an issue, for me at least. However by the looks of things it won't get resolved Smiley

i use Firefox and i couldn't upload one but it worked when i tried it on IE
