| lyrical_mess Falling In Love With The Board  Age: 32 Gender: Female Posts: 5278   | I think I'm falling in love with AU stories. Anyway, I got the idea while commenting in someone's journal. She said that no one knew her. So I said I did and left this weird stalker-ish note. And that's when it hit me. GSB needs a stalker story. And not just any stalker story. Adrienne Nesser is your average 25 year old. She's in between jobs, lives in her parents' old house, and has a huge crush on her neighbor. It just so happens that the said neighbor is the lead singer of a famous band about to release their third major label album. Billie Joe Armstrong is the typical workaholic male. Even though he's only twenty five years old, he has a successful band and has enough money to buy a house in a neighborhood full of old (and I mean OLD) residents. Except for one. But who has time to get to know their neighbors? Green Day has an album coming out and there's just so much to be done. Getting a girlfriend can definitely wait. She's shy. He's clueless. One day, she stares into his bedroom window, purely out of boredom (or so she says). He freaks out and runs across the street to ask just what the hell she thinks she's doing. She feels like an idiot now. So she cooks up a little lie and introduces herself to Mr. Billie Joe. After she explains (untruthfully), he gets to feel like an idiot.  He tries to make it up to her by taking her out to dinner.But wait, there's that little white lie standing in the way of a whole-hearted yes. But that doesn't stop her crush from going out of control. Posters invade her house. His voice and face invade her soul. But her lie prevails. More and more escape her lips the more she sees Billie Joe. Adrienne sees Billie wherever she goes. Watching, waiting, lying. Loving. She's in love and she knows it. She loves Billie Joe Armstrong more than anything else in the world! ...but she lied to him. So much. Would he still have her? He wouldn't. Could she tell him? She can't. Billie Joe is scared now. Who is this girl, really? Why is she chasing him? Why is she leaving notes in his mailbox and standing outside, waiting for him to come home? Adrienne Nesser is starting to freak him out. Is she...is she stalking him? She is. But she's in love! Her justification lies deep, deep within her heart, but will he realize it? Billie Joe has a choice to make, now. The path branches off between a happy ending and a restraining order. "One way, or another, I'm gonna find you. I'm gonna getcha getcha getcha getcha." One Way Or Another |

And there's a little update. At first, I was going to leave it at a scary, creepy, tragic ending, but I have decided. There is the possibility of a happy ending.  |
