I've run out (Nutella aside...) and need to get more
At the supermarket
Where I should be getting ready to go to
But instead I'm sat here wasting time

This is a simple yet beautifully expressed piece of Modernist poetry that effectively summarises the complexity and fraught nature of the Modern condition. It isn't dissimilar to the poetry of Ezra Pound; on first glance, dealing with the everyday, but on closer inspection revealing a more sinister underbelly. Publishers will be calling for this one.
