Last night was the best night of my life, although the gates opened and hour late it was worth it.
My Chemical Romance had a huge reaction or at least they did where I was in general ad, Jimmy Eat World didn't get a very good one until their last song.
While we were waiting for Green Day there was heaps of chanting until the pink bunny came on and did the usual routine, when Green Day came on though it was incredible. Everyone was screaming so much.
They mentioned a couple of time that it was the last show for the American Idiot tour and then Billie was going on about how everyone pronounces Melbourne wrong and he was going to give them a lesson about it.
He was so funny all through the concert, he shared his political views as always. Did the masturbation thing then laughed saying how he had just touched his dick.
Tre was funny as well when he was introduced. After Jaded he came down and cut his hair and during King For A Day/Shout he sang and then Billie was making jokes about him being the new lead singer.
During that song as well they were all dressed as Christmas people like, I think, Ronnie Blake was Santa and Jason Freese was an elf. I can't even say all of it 'cause there was just so much. Oh, but Chris Cheney from The Living End was there to play I Fought The Law.
