I've recently learned..
That one of my friends have been cutting again. This girl isn't like that, she shouldn't be cutting! I can't just confront her, because then she'll know my other friend told me. Then she'll be mad at him and won't talk to me. I don't know how to bring it up to her without pointing out that I know she's cutting.
I learned it yesterday, and later last night, I cut. A lot. My arm stung the whole night, but I didn't want to cut. It was just my regret for telling her that I cut in the first place.
She takes depression pills and sleeping pills, two of each every day right after she wakes up. I'm worried about her that something bad will happen to her.
And I love her. I always did love her since I first met her. How do I make her stop?

okay. if u see them on her wrist.. ask her.. if shes yer real friend she WILL telll u!.. i think,.. but u have to keep it low that u know... if she doesnt want to tell anyone.. then u have to respect that!. but i wish u luck tho!!!

Its more important that you talk to her, she might be mad for a little bit, but her safety is the top priority right now.

Well before confronting her about it, you should stop cutting yourself. Because if she finds out that you cut she'll be even more livid and think you are a hypocrit.

Well, before you can find a way to help her, first you have to find the stimulus. Is there anything that's going wrong in her life? Family troubles? Stress? Cutting can stem from a bad self-image or a way to find an outlet for some sort of anger or depression. It's unique for everyone, but there's always something behind-the-scenes causing it.
