George W. Bush: Give me one good reason.
It seems everyone these days hates George Bush.
And I haven't noticed any plausible reason. This man did not start the War on Terrorism. The United States and the Middle East have been at each other before he came into office. i.e The Gulf War. We were apart of that.
Oh, you may say He's just an idiot.
Now is that really an excuse?
I'd like some good reasons.

You have your facts wrong on one thing: his administartion DID start the Iraq war. Look it up.

Oh, yes, his administration invaded Iraq because Hussein was getting too powerful and there can't be anyone more powerful than the U.S, can there?
Also because his father still holds a grudge from the Gulf War, et cetera.
We KNEW there were no WMDs in Iraq. We checked and knew. That was just a stupid cover story.
Also, he's always trying to link 9/11 and Iraq together, so he can justify going to war, even though they have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
And people who signed up for the national guard suddenly found themselves in a country plagued by a civil war that WE created by taking the Shi'ites out of power. That's just plain wrong and unfair.

Reasons why I don't like him? Here's a few:
- Not renewing the Clean Air Act
- His refusal to sign or endorse the Kyoto Treaty
- The Patriot Act
- Tapping the phones of thousands of Americans without a warrant
- Keeping thousands of people in prisons around the globe without trials because they are terrorist suspects
- Not providing adequate funds for the EPA

We are all humans, and I don't think that being "misguided" is an excuse. Why did he even run for president if he was just going to go on vacation all summer?

I can give one reason why I don't hate him: He's a living, feeling person. A very misguided person at times but still a person. And also I think he had a little girl who died of cancer when she was six, so I give him sympathy.
Apart from that, I find him a very incompetant leader and close-minded

Al Gore lost the 2000 election to Bush. Well, he won the popular vote but not the electoral. If he asked for a hand recount, he would've been the winner. He made the documentary An Inconvenient Truth about global warming.
