I got an event invite on Facebook. This is an amazing event that I want to share with others. You can be anywhere in the world, it will work. If you have thought of commiting suicide, attepmted suicide, planned suicide, wrote a suicide note, talked it over with someone and decided not to, or know someone who commited suicide please take part in this event. Just Wednesday a girl at my school commited suicide. When I was in 9th grade I thought of killing myself everyday until eventually i made a noose out of belts, took a chair and put it next to my door, stood on the chair, placed the noose around my neck, attached the noose to the door and almost kicked the door closed and jumped off the chair. I couldn't do it because my mom was right in the hallway so i walked out with the noose in my hand...months later i was still thinking these horrible things so i tried talking it out...i told my parents my plan of drowning myself in the bathtub. i had it all planned out. i'd go in the bathroom, lock the door, fill the tub with water and get in with all my clothes on. i'd put something heavy on my chest to weigh me down and then i would die. i didn't though, and i'm still alive because i got help. PLEASE if you are thinking about suicide, please tell someone, get help. I am so much happier now, after a lot of couciling and medicine, but nonetheless i am happier. Suicide is one of the worst deaths for people to understand because no one really knows what pushed that person to that level...and believe me, everyone will miss you so bad it would be unbearable if you could only see it..

The point is not to advertise peple to go to or use this group for help although if you need or want to then do so. they are a great group of people for a great cause but, the point is t let people know that people hurt and when it gets to the point where they are so low that the need a life line we can be there to help them.
