Hedgecore.

Hedgecore, also known as hedge-diving, is the "sport" of intentionally jumping into and/or over bushes.

The term "hedgecore" was first used in a song of the same name by Berkeley ska-punk band Operation Ivy to describe a favorite pastime of the band members and other local youth. Hedgecore is often, but not always, an act of aggression against the suburban rich who are more likely to have well-maintained hedges and bushes. When asked what he thought of hedges by Maximum Rock & Roll, Jesse Michaels of Operation Ivy said, "Fuck 'em. Destroy 'em."

What is hedgediving?
Hedgediving is when you dive into bushes for fun.

How do I hedgedive?
First, you need to find a good hedge. Once this is done, stand well back in order to give you the room to accelerate. Run towards the hedge, jumping off the ground before the point of contact. This is hedgediving!

Why would I want to hedgedive?
Why would you not want to?

Hedgecore - Operation Ivy lyrics

what happened to your bush
it's not the same
something in your hedge
made a violent change
we come we see
we dive and destroy
and anhilating shrubs is what we enjoy
hedge core hedge dive hedge hedge core
we're (doin?) hedges to stay alive
it's anarchy night every night of the year
with chaotic mayhem
we keep your bush in fear
terrorist assasins of creative gardening
fucking up your hedge here's what we sing

I fully encourage ANYONE to throw themselves into a bush. I hope to see some GSBians taking part in this newly found sport, not only is it FUN to ruin rich people's bushes, but its also HILARIOUS!
