My View on the GSB Awards
Oh and before anyone is going to lash out at me and be all "OMFG YOU ARE WRONG! WRONG DAMMIT! WRONG!" I will just point this out.
I wrote: [u] My View[/url] on the GSB Awards.
I'm not trying to tell anyone how to think. That would suck on so many levels. First, I may not have had the same expierences as you in this life, so naturally we would have a different perspective. And secondly, if we all thought the same we would be still be living in little mud huts in Asia or something.
How I would've seen the awards a year ago would probably be "WHAT??? OH COME ON! THAT IS JUST A POPULARITY CONTEST! JEEZ! NO FAIR ON US OTHERS!"
I would say that because there would be no way I would be voted best in anything.
Not that many people know me and besides, I'm not that big on blogging. I write well, but I think respected members of the blogging community such as Funky Platypus and others are much better at this then I.
Well, now I think that I'm going to sit back and let you guys have fun participating or rallying against the awards.
It's just the internet. I'm not going to take it very seriously. Besides, it's just a little fun thing that the makers of GSB (or the GSB staff, whatever you guys prefer) put up to keep the site interesting. I mean, reading blahblahs about horny people is only interesting and funny for about.... well in my opinion, five seconds. Even less then that, actually.
Sorry, I'm just not that interested.
But anyway- you guys just do what you want. I'm not getting involved on either side. And remember, fighting on the internet is like the special olympics. Even if you win, you're still retarded.
I would just like to say good luck to all you nominated as best blogger. May the best person win!
But of course all the rest of us still rock!
