I think its ok when they are both adults. But when one is still a teenager, and the other isn't, the gap is more of a big deal because one is older and more mature, where as the other is still a kid, and they could quite easily be taken advantage of, or be forced into something that they don't want to do.

When my brother was a freshman he dated one of my friends who was a junior. There was about a year and a half between them. I don't see anything wrong with that.

Let's see now...I'm 16..when I was 14 I was seeing a 25 year old man, this year I have been seeing a 28 year old man [over now though], my first date was when I was 12, and that was with a 13 year old, so altogether I've dated people from the age of 13 - 28.
