my frined smoked while pregnant with all her kids and the oldest 2 have got Asthma, i have got Asthma because i lived with smoking perants and i took up smoking because it was the norm to me, and now i dont smoke i was stupid enough to try it a while ago but it made me vomit so i havent tryed it again.

What the hell you gonna do about smoking, NOTHING! People have smoked for centries, even i did but i quit. It dosnt matter if you ban it, people are still gonna smoke it, just not in public places. When i smoked, i didnt bite my nails, i didnt talk to my self i just got out my lighter and Salem and smoked and thought. Its not so bad, it just can cause bad side affects. So yes i do approve of people smoking, but i quit but i wouldnt do it again.

well, when you smoke without being pregnant you aren't killing yourself as much as you have a habit that if you continue heavily for thirty years there's is a 50% chance that you will have any medical problems.....
but when you're pregnant the chances are much higher and of course the baby isn't in utero for thirty years, so that's when smoking should be taken seriously

My aunt smoked while she was pregnant with her eldest daughter. Her daughter now has a voice that can only go as loud as a stage whisper. She talks in a stage whisper all the time.

Her voice problem was caused because her mother smoked while pregnant with her. She's lucky that nothing worse happened, but I still feel so sorry for her.

I am a social smoker. I am not addicted. I hardly ever smoke. I don't plan to smoke when i'm older either. All my friends smoke and they are addicted, I think it's stupid to be addicted at 15, but its there choice...

Women smoking when there pregnant is different, it will harm there babies but again its there choice. I'd never smoke if I was pregnant because I think its unfair to think that you could be the cause of your childs health and medical problems..

You can't choose to be addicted. You will become addicted if you smoke, just like your friends. It is stupid, but it's not their choice . They started to smoke and with time they became addicted.
