Thankgod for Mige though.. the one thing we feared was probably the best part of the night  .
Ever since I've bought my HIM tickets.. I've been having dreams (everynight).. Those are probably going to stop now  .
As soon as I get home.. i am going to break down. Yeah Mige was really lovely actually, he was just always smiling and winking at me in a nice way... Poor Linde though, I mean Ville was such a fucking ass to him it's not funny |

I can't believe this happened.. especially at your show.. but it would hurt just as much if it was at another show.
I think Mige could probably sense the audiences disgust and hurt.. What a sweetheart  . Did you smile back? (maybe we should concentrate on the good things about the show).
I need to know what happened between Linde and Ville.. It just makes me feel a little bit better that Gas, Mige, and Burton were trying to make the best of it.
I can't say enough how sick I feel right now. |

Posts: 5703 | March 29th, 2006 at 08:44am Yeah I was right up front by Mige and he'd keep coming forward, almost just to make sure I was okay and all that. So yeah, we shared quite a few little moments. He's much, much better looking in person I must say.
I really want to know why Ville was so aggressive towards Linde- it wasn't subtle or anything! But yeah, at least the rest of the band (bar Linde, but he had a black haired, green eyed, Finnish reason) were keeping an eye on Ville.
I feel so fucked up, I don't know whether I'm angry, sick, hurt or just a twisted combination of all three |

Okay so I don't know if there are any other NZers out there, but I went to the show last night and as much as it pains me to say this, it was bad.
HIM kept us waiting almost 2 hours, then Ville comes out drunk and forgets the words to Vampire Heart, Razorblade Kiss and about three others. He was obviously pissed off at Linde and kept giving him the finger. Crowd interaction went out the window when he pretty much stated we sucked.
In all his drunken glory, he was trying to be a stand up comedian- Not a good idea. There were ridiculous jokes about calling his mother, Mige being a pothead and how he needed earplugs.
In spite of all of this within the first 20 minutes, I think to myself, "Any minute now, he'll redeem himself" Alas, no. Dark Light tour my ass. Throughout the duration of an hour and a half, they played a total of 13 songs I think, only four being from Dark Light; Killing Lonliness, Wings Of A Butterfly, Play Dead and Vampire Heart. The rest were Buried Alive By Love, Poison Girl (dedicated to Mige as he's a druggie), Razorblade Kiss, Join Me, Poison Heart by the Ramones, Right Here in My Arms, Your Sweet 666, Soul On Fire and another song that no one could tell what it was. He joked then about us not knowing it. So yeah, 11 or 12 songs depending on how you look at it.
God and his ego... I can't look at Ville at the moment. Mige, Burton and Gas were having a great time and Mige was winking and smiling at me the whole time. Linde however, was forever being shot dark looks from our beloved Ville and kept as far away from him as possible. At one point, I think Ville actually threw and empty water bottle at him and stood laughing like the drunken idiot he was. There were no thank you's to the crowd that adored them and pretended not to notice Ville's fucked up attitude and didn't even care when he yelled at us that we were the quietest crowd ever.
Well, I hope Ville enjoyed New Zealand, because having waited 5 years for them to come here and then recieving that dismal performance, I won't be welcoming his ass back here. All I have to say really is, 'Thanks you dick, thanks a lot.'

I can't believe just how much he screwed up! Mige, Burton, Gas and even Linde were giving him worried looks. I was so fucking hyped up for this show and then he does this! I've been in tears for the last 24 hours- It's like he's a fucking fake and his fans are a joke to him. In all his interviews and whatnot he's seemed like a genuinley lovely guy- down to earth, humorous, sweet... And then this.
Esther, I hope your show goes better and you're not left in tears like myself.
Oh wow, I'm sorry. I know I'd be crushed if I experienced that from a band I loved so much. wow im sorrry. that just wow. hes such a fucking asshole. im surprised he didnt hurt himslef like trying to do a stage dive

i was just randomly saying that it sucks that they arent playing in connecticut at all on their tour because apparently Goodbye San Fransisco said that they do play here alot   |

I'm so sorry about the consert Ashlea. I hope he is ashamed. Actually, I think he is.
This did really change my view on Ville, but I'll still wait and see. I don't hate him, but I understand if you do. Maybe he explains it one time. |
