Age: - Gender: - Posts: 68 | July 16th, 2006 at 07:58pm Took me bout.........3 months. Well, I could probably still stand to learn loads more, but according to a couple of my friends and teachers and junk, I'm good. I've been playing for about 3 years, but I just got good because I started when I was like 7, but quit when I was ten, now I picked it up again. I usually play power chords, but occasionally I like to go old school with some barre chords and open chords. |

 | July 25th, 2006 at 11:56pm I've been playing since December, and I know about ten chords by heart, and can read tabs, and know basics. So, I'm getting there, but it was really easy for me because I play three other insturments. |

Age: - Gender: - Posts: 432 | October 27th, 2006 at 06:32pm I can play all the basic chords and power chords in the nine months I've started to learn, but I'm not all great. Personally, I think it's because guitar is my first instrument and I'm pretty much tone-deaf. |
