I want to see them live, but I don't think there's any U.S. dates.........are there?
OMG they are so good live.
....search their website, there must be some dates. but when you do get the chance to see them, bring a camera and take many pictures. and have one hell of a time. they are sooooooooo awesome live.
ha, the drummer was wearing a weezer shirt when i saw them. good times =)
I wanna go and see them soooo badly. I was forgetting about them a bit but now they've released clips of their new songs from their new album online and the feedback has been really good, so I'm gonna go and check them out. (sorry that emoticon was random lol)

its about time they come back with some new material! I haven't listened to "Employment" in ages as it got so overplayed on music channels and the radio...and by my brother as well lol.
Great album...but I want more from the Kaisers!!!
Been too long hehe
Yay! They're working on a new album! Woot! Can't wait!
From NME:
"Kaiser Chiefs ditch trademark sound on new album
It's a 'woaaah' free affair
Kaiser Chiefs have ditched one of their major trademarks for their second album - there will be no 'woaaahs'.
The band's 2005 debut 'Employment' features a number of songs with 'woaaahs', most memorably on the smash hits 'I Predict A Riot' and 'Oh My God'. But the band told NME that as they prepare to record the follow-up, their party piece has been ditched.
Singer Ricky Wilson said: "No 'woaaahs'! None of that. To be honest one or two times it's been quite tempting!
He added: "It wasn't deliberate on the last album, it was just when we write songs before we've written the words, me and (Nick Hodgson, drummer) will do demos and just make noises. When there was a bit that we didn't know what noise to make that was the sound we made.
"To be honest I think the 'woaaahs' partly came from when the rest of the band were doing the build ups before the chorus I just didn't want to stand there looking like a dickhead! I wanted something to do."
To get the full lowdown on the boys' next album, get this week's NME, on sale now in all good newsagents.
Also in this week's issue, we've got the ultimate Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds festivals preview, including exclusive interviews with Arctic Monkeys, Muse and The Raconteurs.
Plus - we've got the complete V Festival review, and we deliver our verdict on the eagerly awaited new Kasabian album 'Empire'"

Yeaah the new album's great. Its more complicated which I like. The best song's probably Heat Dies Down, but tbh they're nearly all great in their own way.
