Prison Sentences

Tell me if this has already been done, but i just read an article. And i thought it was important.

A man rapes under 10 girls. And he tapes it. He gets life inprisonment.
Ian Huntley murdered two girls. And yet they are still deciding whether he gets life or not.

Am i the only one who thinks this is wrong? Again, please tell me if this has been done or not. I will lock if so.

I thought Ian Huntley got two life sentances... maybe I'm wrong.

I hate that life inprisonment is only 25 years... In 25 years that guy will be out.

I think the rapist should be sent to jail (where, inevitably, he'll be raped....which is what the song Rape Me was all about for those who don't know) and the murderer should be shot

actually, I think all sexual offenders should be thrown in a giant well, but apparently it's "inhumane" for petifiles and rapist to be tortured....but all sexual offenders should get life sentence

He gets the shit kicked out of him alot anyway, I say they should stop protecting him, let the other prisoners do they want as long as they don't kill him.

25 years isn't nearly long enough, life should be life, no getting out early for good behavour, they should live and die in prison, never getting out.

25 years isn't nearly long enough, life should be life, no getting out early for good behavour, they should live and die in prison, never getting out.

Yeah, they should. I don't think taking someone elses - and in this case two - life deserves to roam free again. They should die a very lonely death.

Ok let me explain it to you, you can only give someone life imprisonment if when you murdered or raped somebody you had one of the following things

1. Intention of sexual assault.
2. Intention of Kidnapping
3. Intention of murder.

though it is almost certain that Ian Huntley did all these things, it's beyond reasonable doubt, it's not the judges fault he gave the biggest sentence he could under the new european law which is 60 years.

life is until life, but bail is useually after 20 years and most people are allowed out for bail.

im glad the first guy was locked away but they should do the same with the murder. this is why i think we really should speed up death row. then leting some lieing bastard stay alive for 15 yrs because they don't know if he should die.
