So that basically stabs me right in the heart, because I saw them with Weezer two years ago - but had to leave halfway through the set because my dad didn't want to drive home from Cleveland at midnight.
Also, I don't know how to get the album to download on iTunes. I don't know if I'm just supposed to click "buy album" or what, but I don't want it to charge me twice...FUCKING PREORDERS. *kicks* |

Ah okay. I feel your pain. I have to read over a paper I wrote in 20 min in class and do some more college essay crap. Oh and read Gov *cries*
And longtime no see :
My head hurts. I just watched about 7 hours of Grey's today. I'm still in my pjs. I'll probably still be in them for the rest of the day except for when I shower |

Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 5438 | October 1st, 2007 at 01:26am Auugh, I hate reading in class. I had to give a presentation on Friday based on pictures from colleges I want to go to. As if I even know where I want to go to college yet. Well, NYU would be awesome, but I couldn't really think of a second choice so I just did Boston College cos I've been to Boston and I like it
I know! I miss you! how's your life been dear?
Wow. My friends and I came up with a theory the other day that there are 3 kinds of people in the world, based on which doctor shows they watch: House, Grey's Anatomy, or Scrubs. We somehow turned it into this whole metaphor for the Allies in World War II, too. It was really late at night... I remember Grey's represented France, though. And House was England and Scrubs was America. |

What the hell class is the presentation for? Ugh. I'm so sick of my guidance counselor. She comes into our homeroom almost every morning tlaking to us about random shit. I just wanna go to college already godammit.
Hahahha. Grey's is France cuz they're overdramatic and retarded. I don't know much about House. ANd Scrubs is the US cuz we're stupid? . I love Scrubs! Grey's is just giving me a headache.
Life hasbeen okay. Last week was an easy week with work. YAY. But now I have a Gov test on Tues and last week was the worst week of Gov ever. I had no idea what the fuck is going in the class the entire week . We're talking about capital punishment and .. ugh I dunno. I'm probably gonna fail this test but I think I got the highest grade or one of the highest grades of the class for the first test. I beat my friend who's in all AP classes. That made me feel so happy . I think Out of like the 8 people in the class I know of like 5 people's grades and I did better than all of them I seriously have no idea how I did that.
And we finally won our first fucking soccer game yesterdya. YAY. So now we're like 1-5 or something. Oi. And we're playing a public school team tomorrow so that will be a horrible game. Hoorah.
How's your life dear? |

Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 5438 | October 1st, 2007 at 01:42am AP English. You know, I'm doing much better in a college English class than I am in a high-school precalc class. This isn't right. And eew, guidance counselors don't do much besides annoy you imo.
Hahaha, I love Scrubs too! I'm a Scrubs person, in fact. I dunno, I think we just made House England cos the guy's British Very scientific, you see.
Yay for acing the test! Hahah, my field hockey team's better than your soccer team. We got killed our first few games but we haven't lost since, so we're 3-2-1 and I've started on varsity a few times I get a letterman's jacket!! Also, I've actually been talking to Cute Clash Boy, which makes me super happy. He's really freaking quiet though, and so am I, so I don't know if that'll ever work out. |

We had to analyze the visual images. It was retaaahded. But I like English. I just hate talking in front of people.
Silly private schools. Those jackets are an essential part of the high school experience! I probably won't wear mine that much either though, I already have one sort of like it from hockey.
I hope I can...we work together in physics and stuff, which is a step. I'm planning on telling him I'm going to see Bob Dylan in two weeks cos I know he's a fan maybe he's going too! |

Ugh. My school pisses me off sometimes. We have no school spirit whatsover.. Last week was "spirit week" but there were no posters no big assemblies and we had dress down days but they had nothig to do with school. It pisses me off when they go and call it spirit week. I know I didn't think of it as spirit week, I thought of it as a week with dress down days where we oculd wear casual clothes and even then there had to be goddamn restrictions like clothing rules and shit. It just pisses me off. Its like dangling something in front of people's eyes and not showing them the real thing.
Tell him! What's his name?! I want details woman. |

Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 5438 | October 1st, 2007 at 02:18am We had a "spirit day" on Friday but I have no school spirit at all since my school mostly just gets on my nerves I wore school colors anyway, though, because the field hockey team all wore our jerseys. And we had a pep rally...oh yeahh, I had to explain the concept of a pep rally to our French exchange student. I felt really bad, she was completely baffled as to why we were all going to the gym with a bunch of cheerleaders leaping about. I was too, come to think of it... That's dumb, though, to call it "spirit week" and then do absolutely nothing spirited. Silly school.
His name's Eric. Which is awkward because one of my best friends, who is almost certainly gay, is also named Eric. So I always have to clarify which one I'm talking about to my other friends. Details...uhh...he's really cute? And taller than me (which isn't hard) and blondish. And he likes the Clash and Black Sabbath and Bob Dylan and he's the only other one in my Spanish class who always knows all the answers. Nerd love he plays lacrosse though. which is weird cos most of the other guys on the lacrosse team are total jackasses but he's nice
oh and he has glasses. like me. and NATE. |

AND Elvis Costello, he's opening. Shame I don't, y'know, actually OWN any Costello...I need to get on that...but yeah, AND I might get backstage press privileges to interview them for the school magazine. Probably not, but it's possible - AND I can get the same privileges for the Foos if I let my faculty advisor know about the show early enough in advance. It's damn good to be a journalist. |
