Her quality is amazing even after having no professional training whatsoever. Kudos to her. Dude...she did have professional training. Her voice was trained in classical music for like, 9 years or something. She was the head of her school choir. I mean, she does have a lot of natural talent, but you can't have that kind of control over your voice without training.
