ok i will belive it when i see it, they privatise these things and them it all goes "tits up" . How could they e reduced after they are privatise and why not now? Now is when we need somthing done about our already burnt out health service. |

Posts: 210 | February 21st, 2006 at 09:42am its stupid in my oppinion. i know that many people will not get the necesary (sp?) health care because they can not afford it which is stupid, i do how ever acknowledge the fact that taxes are going up in the name f the healt system, though none of the money going to it. but as we help other countries to get thier health standards up, we will abolish ours. |

Posts: 23 | February 21st, 2006 at 02:30pm hey i dont really care if we have to go private , no offense but there was a geordie nurse in the NHS who drew a smily face on a patients hernia , then she took another patients glass eye and put it in her fellow nurses drink as a joke . and she thought she was getting persecuted . =S if these are the people the NHS employ im going private too |

| November 13th, 2006 at 10:11pm fender:i dont know if you have all heard about this, but i think that the British governmant is planning to privatise education and health care, abolishing the NHS, and having to pay for education. in my oppinion this is just another point to prove that the UK is the 51st state of the USA. every single day our country is becoming more Americanised, i'm not agaisnt America by any means, but i am fond of Britain the British way and do not want it to become America. Children are using American slang from early ages, and we are getting all the fattening waffle makers (sorry to be so stereo typical there it was just an example, but americans are in gerneral portryaed as waffle eaters!) we have things that say 'American.....' we are becoming America! and i dont like it!
please dont take this is as racist because im not, i just think Britain should stay Britain.[/b]

actually some of us here dont want Tony Blair out any time soon, and i certaintly hope that the conservatives dont get in any time soon, (We've been there and we are still suffering from the after affects that caused).
anyway regarding the privetisation (sp) of the health service i really hope it doesnt come to that, not in my lifetime anyway, the NHS was and still is a way for the poorer not so well of people to get the health care they need, not everyone can afford health insurance and medical insurance not with everything else that we have got to pay out for, which is why in America people on the lower pay scall are suffering because they can't get the care the so desperatly need,
oh yeah and to clarifie the Welsh, British thing that was going on, Us welsh are not english but Fender i know that people make mistakes and so should other people aswell, |
