 | May 13th, 2008 at 06:15am On the Top Gear website:
"It turns out that the start date for the new TV series has changed from June 15th.
Or, if we're being honest, maybe never was then at all.
Basically we heard a rumour and jumped the gun a bit in all the excitement.
Sorry.
The worst news is that the schedulers haven't confirmed the new date either, so we can't even tell you when it will be.
But it definitely won't be the 15th. Or January 1st 2008. Or May 12th.
Or even the 18th.
It's not our mate's birthday on August 2nd, or the last F1 race of the season on November 2nd either.
Basically, your guess is as good as ours', but we'll let you know as soon as we do." |

I prefer Skinhead Hamlet tbh.
But I have a feeling that if I quote from it, I might not get any marks. |

| June 6th, 2008 at 04:46pm Hammond to front children's TV show
1 day ago
Richard Hammond has signed up to present a children's TV series.
The Top Gear host will front Richard Hammond's Lab Rats, set in the world of a secret underground laboratory.
Hammond, 38, who is nicknamed the Hamster, is jointly producing the studio-based CBBC science show through his own independent production company.
The £2 million series will ask children to carry out a series of experiments and messy challenges.
Hammond presents the show as the "Willy Wonka of the science world" living in a stately home with a secret laboratory below the stables, where he keeps his cars.
Richard Hammond's Lab Rats will be broadcast early next year on BBC1 and on digital channel CBBC.
Peter Wyles, who devised the format, said of the former Brainiac presenter: "Richard is the perfect person to host this series - he lives and breathes the world of popular science."
OHYES. CBBC IS SO MUCH COOLER NOW!!
Skinhead Hamlet?
