You know, having read about 95% of this thread, I must say that I am very surprised at all of you.
Necrophilia is just another sexual compulsion, like homosexuality, which so many of you claim to support. Okay, it's not the same, but it's related. The only REAL issue here, though, is that a corpse cannot give consent to sexual acts. That said, read "A Rose For Emily" and you might understand it a little better.
Which is why I don't agree with it.
If you can consent to it whilst still alive, put it in a will or something, then fine. The problem is, many don't.
Ahem.......
....the PROBLEM is that many don't!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
awww Meg........you running short on 'clients'?????????

Aaragh.
You're not going to let it drop, are you?.
Shoulda thought before I opened my mouth . I meant 'problem' as in a problem for the innocent dead people who get their corpses...tampered with.

Good things can come from English class.
That goes without saying.
English is the only subject I have a real passion for anyway.
Thanks for recommending it to me, also.

Every day I love my English class a little more. We talk about necrophilia, incest, feminism...then move on to poetry, maybe go back to incest or rape, touch on some hate crimes...feminism again.

And you are very welcome.
Thank all that's holy we haven't brought up feminism lately. Once he assigned the paper, that was...that was enough.

Wait until we discuss A Tale of Two Cities with feminist criticism. At least three strong female characters there, could be a great thesis. *cue sinister music*

I don't really want to talk/think about death right now.
