| March 12th, 2006 at 12:56pm I love this Jim Hensen film. It starred David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly and was released back in 1986.
It was about a 17 year old girl (Jennifer Connelly) who was emmersed in the world of this book she was reading entitled 'Labyrinth'. She had a problem with wanting to grow up and the responsibilities her parents put upon her. Namely, babysitting her baby brother Toby(Toby Froud).

She grew frustrated and wished the goblins from her book to take him away, thinking nothing of it. Yet she was disturbed to discover they actually had taken him away. That is when she met the Goblin King (David Bowie) and was forced to embark on a journey through the mystical labyrinth in search of the Goblin City where her brother was being held in the Goblin King's castle.
-Some great puppetry from Jim Hensen and David Bowie's best look ever. |

My brother had it (who is 9 years older than me)... that ... and Jerrasic Park.
The Labrynth, Jerrasic Park, and a Super nintendo was my child hood.
However, so tragically, one day it just dissapeared . |

And she got to hang out with David Bowie. She had us watch the movie in class, too. Never really cared for it, though. |

| March 22nd, 2006 at 04:29pm I don't know how many people here are Trailer Park Boys fans. But the woman who plays Barbara Lahey (Shelly Thompson) (or somethin' like that), she plays Sarah's step-mother in this movie. |
